Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience counted).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients as they serve as the hospitality ambassador of the bank location, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high touch client experience.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships by identifying needs and referring clients to appropriate partners.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions while leveraging insights to tailor recommendations.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions and multi-step activities within established financial limits.
• Identifies and escalates non-standard issues for internal resolution.
