Job summary

OASIS is seeking an entry-level Accountant to support month-end close, bank reconciliations, and journal entries for diverse clients in a fast-paced accounting practice. You'll handle AP/AR processing, payroll entries, and ledger classification in QuickBooks Online, with client communication and data migration support.

Ideal for 0–2 years' experience, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a client-service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience, internship included.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a client-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Assist with AP/AR processing, payroll entries, and account classifications.
• Maintain accurate general ledger activity within QuickBooks Online.
• Communicate directly with client teams to request and process documentation.
• Participate in client onboarding, system migrations, and data clean-up projects.
• Contribute to preparation of financial statements and management reports.
