Oasis Outdoors is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join our accounting team. This role supports the Senior Accountant across multiple businesses within our organization and offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, is organized, reliable, and eager to grow in accounting, with basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
• Recent graduates or candidates with an associate degree are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Accountant with day-to-day accounting and financial activities across multiple businesses.
• Enter, organize, and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting processes and closings.
