Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain within a set time frame.
• Strong communication and client service focus.

Responsabilités

• Review, analyze, and route submitted claims to ensure prompt adjudication.
• Support Claims Specialists and Analysts to improve processing and resolution.
• Identify trends and report findings to management for action.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Handle other duties as assigned by management.
