You will work with our estimating team on the full bid cycle, from kickoff meetings to final proposals, gaining hands-on experience in civil construction estimating. Ideal candidates have civil site construction exposure and a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to high-profile projects within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in civil construction estimating.

Responsibilities

• Attend kickoff meetings and pre-bid calls with owners.
• Prepare master quotes and input grades into AGTEK.
• Conduct site visits and pre-bid meetings.
• Takeoffs in Planswift for sod and concrete.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for pricing and coverage.
• Input pricing into B2W and adjust costs.
• Prepare proposals, calculations, and supporting docs.
• Support senior estimators with change orders and handoffs.
• Deliver bids and record results.
• May perform other related tasks as needed.
