Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Pursue professional registration (Pr Eng) with ECSA in the future.
• 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a preference for exposure to water or sanitation projects.
• Basic understanding of hydraulics, fluid mechanics, and water/wastewater treatment principles.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is essential; experience with water modeling software (e.g., EPANET) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undertake site visits within the Free State province for this hybrid role.
• Valid driver's license.

• Assist senior engineers in the design and planning of water supply systems, including pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment works.
• Support the design of wastewater collection and treatment systems.
