Job summary

HRG is seeking upcoming 2027 Civil Engineering graduates for Early Career Staff Engineer roles in Cranberry Township, PA. You will focus on Transportation Engineering, Municipal & Water Resources, Water & Wastewater, or Land Development & Site Design, supporting PMs and preparing design drawings.

You will perform basic calculations, conduct on-site observations, and gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D while reviewing design manuals and reports for permits and approvals.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program or related field.
• EIT certification or pursuing preferred.
• 0–2 years' experience in civil engineering disciplines listed in the ad.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate with PMs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s) in design/drafting capacity.
• Perform basic calculations for project designs.
• Conduct on-site construction observation of work in progress.
• Prepare plans and profile drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Review project design manuals for specification requirements.
