Job summary

HRG in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking upcoming 2027 Civil Engineering graduates for Early Career Staff Engineer roles. You will join a nationally recognized, employee-owned engineering firm and focus on transportation, water resources, land development, and site design.

You will draft with AutoCAD Civil 3D, perform basic calculations, and observe field construction under supervision. A BS in Civil Engineering (ABET preferred) and EIT preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET preferred).
• EIT certification preferred.
• 0–2 years’ related internship/experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist design/drafting under supervision of PMs and PEs.
• Perform basic calculations for projects.
• Conduct on-site construction observation of active work.
• Prepare plans and profiles using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Review design manuals for specifications and requirements.
• Assist in drainage and stormwater reports for permits.
