Job summary

HRG is seeking 2027 Civil Engineering graduates to join our Cranberry Township, PA office as Early Career Staff Engineers. You will contribute to Transportation Engineering, Municipal & Water Resources, Water & Wastewater, or Land Development & Site Design.

Responsibilities include design/drafting with Project Managers, basic calculations, on-site observations, and producing AutoCAD Civil 3D plans. A strong team approach and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, ABET-accredited preferred.
• E.I.T. certification preferred.
• 0–2 years’ experience in areas such as subdivision, municipal engineering, stormwater management, water distribution, wastewater, hydraulics, traffic/roadway design.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus.
• Valid US driver's license and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s) in design/drafting capacity.
• Perform basic calculations.
• Conduct on-site construction observation of work in progress.
• Prepare plans and profile drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Review project design manuals for specifications.
• Assist in preparation of drainage, stormwater, erosion, and related reports for permits and approvals.
