Job summary

The role provides hands‑on experience across mixed‑use, residential, and educational projects while working in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 0–2 years of work experience preferred or internship in site/civil design.
• EIT Certification or FE exam candidacy preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday with occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design and permitting of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare and modify reports, plans, specs, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to support design tasks.
• Assess soil, hydrology, topo data and their impact on design.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with team on project tasks.
• Perform other duties as requested.
