Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our Arlington, VA team. You will assist in planning, design and permitting of civil engineering and land development projects, gaining experience across mixed-use developments, shopping centers, residential and education sectors.

The role emphasizes collaboration, technical growth, and exposure to AutoCAD and Civil 3D within a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0-2 years of work-related experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• EIT Certification or FE exam preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with the preparation and modification of engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates and design plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related software.
• Use reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, test data and photographs to assess soil, terrain, hydrology and geology for project planning and design.
• Recommend new approaches to improve efficiency and services.
• Apply engineering knowledge and advanced mathematics to project tasks.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested.
