LandDesign in Charlotte, NC seeks a motivated Civil Engineering intern to join our design studios. You will assist in learning site design, CAD drafting, and production support under project leads.

Responsibilities include learning site layout, grading, drainage, water and sewer systems, collaborating with landscape architects and client teams, and meeting task timeframes. Internship preferred; compensation includes robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in civil engineering or related field required or in progress.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred.
• Interest in land development and design.

Responsibilities

• Learn key aspects of civil site design including site layout and drainage.
• Perform tasks under project leads and self-check work.
• Develop CAD-based design and drafting for plan production.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, planners, and client teams.
• Research regulatory requirements through due diligence.
