Job summary

Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in Denver is seeking an Entry‑Level Civil Engineer to support planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering and land development projects. Qualifications

• 0–2 years of work‑related experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• EIT Certification or FE exam registration preferred.
• Internship or professional experience in site/civil design is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with the preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, schedules, estimates, and design plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related software.
• Assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and geologic data to inform planning and design.
• Recommend new approaches to improve efficiency and services.
• Apply engineering knowledge and advanced mathematics to project tasks.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested.
