Job summary

Ingenium is seeking an entry‑level Project Engineer I to join our Tampa (Land O’ Lakes) area office. The role suits an engineering graduate with 1–2 years of experience eager to learn Civil Engineering and support Land Development projects.

You will contribute to CAD design, feasibility studies, calculations, and plans and reports under supervision. Strong written and verbal communication is essential as you propose solutions following current design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• EIT certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with AutoCad Civil 3D with hands-on project experience is a plus.
• 1–2 years of relevant civil engineering experience or internship
• Exposure to Land Development projects and civil design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering documents and construction plans meeting client expectations and industry standards.
• Prepare technical reports and analyses.
• Read and interpret construction plans, standards, and client scope.
• Support Senior Engineers and Project Managers with design solutions and project goals.
• Monitor quality of assignments and deliverables throughout projects.
