Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Land Development Graduate Engineer, EI to assist in designing and planning land and site development projects under the supervision of a Professional Engineer.

The role requires a self-starter with 2+ years of land development experience and Florida stormwater modeling knowledge. Responsibilities include drafting with CAD, preparing plans and cost estimates, and coordinating with surveyors, architects, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ICPR.
• Experience in stormwater modeling in Florida preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer.
• Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Land Development projects.
• Perform drafting CAD work.
• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects.
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors, architects, and contractors.
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.
