Job summary

Halff is seeking a Civil Engineer for its Land Development group in Fort Worth, TX. You will design civil projects under the supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer, assist in plans, specifications, and cost estimates, perform CAD drafting, and conduct design calculations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a Texas EIT license or ability to obtain within 2 years, FE exam passed, and experience with AutoCAD Civil3D.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Texas EIT license or ability to obtain within 2 years of employment.
• FE exam passed required.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer.
• Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Land Development projects.
• Perform drafting CAD work.
• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects.
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and contractors.
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Texas EIT license or ability to obtain within 2 years
