Halff Associates, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking new graduates for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Land Development team.

The role supports a Professional Engineer in planning and design of land development projects, with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and potential ownership in the firm. The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree (ABET-accredited), be within one year of EIT eligibility, hold a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable using CADD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain EIT within one year of start date.
• Technical experience with CADD.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and design of Land Development projects under supervision of a PE.
• Perform schematic design work, calculations and analysis for design projects.
• Assist in preparation of permit applications and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with surveyors, contractors and team members.
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.
