Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer (Architecture) to join our Pittsburgh, PA team. This role involves designing infrastructure for municipalities and schools, including roads, utilities, and public buildings.

The candidate will work under the supervision of a Project Manager, with 0–2+ years of experience and a BS in Civil Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering (preferred) from an accredited college/university.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Proficiency in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software is required.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and oversee civil/site design for parks, municipal infrastructure, athletic facilities, schools, higher education campuses, and industrial/commercial developments.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support land development, roadway, culvert, and bridge projects.
• Assist with design and analysis of water and wastewater systems, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
• Prepare reports, calculations, and technical documents.
• Coordinate utilities and support construction document preparation.
• Manage assigned tasks to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Work independently and with others, under supervision while applying sound judgment and technical expertise.
