Job summary

AECOM is actively seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our Minneapolis, MN team. This position is expected to start in Summer 2027 and offers a hybrid work model.

You will build analytic and design skills, conduct engineering design under supervision, and create designs, calculations, and drawings with guidance from an experienced engineer. Collaboration in a dynamic, project-driven environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D and OpenRoads preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds analytic and design skills.
• Conducts engineering design under supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Collects and analyzes data under supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
