Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking an intermediate design professional to assist with construction drawings, calculations, and engineering reports in a hybrid Dayton, OH environment.

You will research design criteria and apply regulations to assigned tasks while documenting analyses and recommendations. Responsibilities include revising drawings, learning client standards, and contributing to team meetings with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience required.
• FE exam completion and EIT certification preferred.
• MS Outlook and daily timesheet data entry required; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction drawings, calculations, reports and manuals using applicable software.
• Research design criteria based on project scope and jurisdictional requirements.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis per codes and regulations.
• Document design options and produce detailed studies and reports.
• Revise construction drawings marked up by seniors and QC reviewers.
• Learn client standards and apply them to project designs.
• Participate in meetings with clear verbal or written communication.
