The role collaborates with supervisors, inspectors and project managers to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements while emphasizing clear communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor construction or maintenance projects for compliance with design specifications and contractual agreements.
• Provide assistance to inspectors and supervisors to facilitate duties and develop project improvement techniques.
• Analyze engineering project problems and modify plans under supervision to meet requirements and regulations.
• Review contractor work, perform quantity calculations, and ensure accurate invoicing for projects.
