Job summary

Qualifications

• CCNA Certification or equivalent
• 1 year experience supporting Cisco UC, web Collaboration, networking, and video conferencing systems
• 1 year experience with IP/SIP trunking and SBC deployments
• Understanding of globalized +E.164 dial plans
• LAN, AD integrations, network design, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide voice, video, and data networks.
• Ensure adherence to standards, maintenance, and functionality of converged network infrastructure.
• Research latest technology and assess impact on data, voice, and video networks.
• Monitor networks and systems for maximum availability and performance.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and solutions; communicate status to sponsors and management.
• Provide tier-one support including after-hours contact when needed.
• Uphold MetroHealth mission and service standards.
