The MetroHealth System is seeking an experienced IT networking professional to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide voice, video, and data networks in a large health system environment.
You will monitor network performance, evaluate vendor solutions, ensure security, and provide tier-one support while aligning projects with organizational goals and standards.

Supports organizational, business, and clinical objectives by insuring the optimal design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide voice, video, and data communications services. Supports business and clinical objectives by insuring the adherence to standards, maintenance, and functionality of technical aspects of converged network infrastructure. Researches the latest technology and how it relates to the data, voice, and video networks of MetroHealth. Monitors all networks and systems for maximum availability and performance. Evaluates vendor proposals and vendor solutions. Insures enterprise-wide network security and documentation. Communicates with user project sponsor(s) and management personnel concerning status of projects and systems. Provides tier one support including after-hours contact when needed. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
