Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Basic understanding of chemical processes, thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in analyzing process data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, yield, and energy consumption.
• Support the implementation of process changes and modifications, monitoring their impact.
• Conduct routine process checks and data logging to ensure operational consistency.
• Help in the preparation of process documentation, including reports and basic P&IDs.
• Participate in plant walk-throughs and safety inspections.
• Learn and apply fundamental chemical engineering principles to practical plant problems.
