Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of basic chemical unit operations.
• Internships or related experience are useful but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Learn to operate safely within Primient’s manufacturing facilities with shadowing and possible shift supervision.
• Develop technical expertise in process operations and assist troubleshooting.
• Own and optimize a assigned process area, monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Conduct data analysis and process improvements using data-driven decision making.
• Support project execution and system enhancements; align with safety and quality goals.
• Manage capital projects under supervision through CAPEX stages.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure proper installations and enhancements.
