Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Junior CEMA Software Engineer in Lawton, OK to join our local development team to create unique solutions for engineering, spectrum warfare, and defense domains.

You will design, build, deploy, and maintain mission-critical software that supports our customers’ mission objectives, with collaboration across cyber and electromagnetic domains and a focus on secure, scalable code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical degree.
• Willing to relocate to Lawton, OK or live there.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Final Top-Secret clearance.
• Experience with Agile software development, CI/CD toolchains, and DevOps (e.g., Atlassian suite, git, Jenkins, Artifactory).
• Proficient in Python (OOP) or C++.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of software engineers in developing offensive and defensive cyber tools focused on radar, C2, surface-to-air, and artillery systems.
• Develop simulations to emulate threat-representative Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) effects and environments.
• Research current and future cybersecurity threats against military systems.
