Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Junior Signal Processing Engineer to support EW programs in San Diego, CA. You will develop, model, and test algorithms in Matlab, Simulink, or C++, and analyze results from simulations or real data to identify root causes and trends.

You will plan analytical research and design development, participate in testing, and collaborate with scientists to advance radar signal processing for challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field and 2+ years of experience or MS and relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance and eligible to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance US citizenship required.
• Experience with MATLAB, Linux, Mathematica, Python, Simulink - and languages such as C/C++, Java etc.
• Working knowledge of scientific programming and algorithm development; Experience with radar signal processing.
• Demonstrated strong oral and written communication; Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
