Job summary

AppleOne is seeking a Buyer to manage procurement of electronic components for PCBA production. You will source parts, place POs, and work with cross‑functional teams to hit delivery commitments on major accounts.

The role requires 2+ years PCBA experience, 3–5 years in electronics purchasing, and strong ERP/MRP (Epicor) use, with advanced Excel skills. Onsite, M-F, OT as needed. This position is with AppleOne in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated PCBA experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as an electronics buyer or procurement specialist.
• Strong knowledge of IPC-610 / J-STD regulations.
• ITAR compliance required: US Citizen / Legal US Permanent Resident.
• ERP/MRP experience; Epicor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure electronic components and related materials to support PCBA production and meet build schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Receiving, and Production; interface with customers and suppliers to keep orders on schedule.
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders (POs) in Epicor ERP; ensure accuracy of part numbers, revisions, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and delivery with suppliers to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
• Review MRP demand signals to determine purchasing needs and place timely orders.
• Maintain open PO backlog, confirm acknowledgements, and expedite as needed.
