RealCold is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to serve as the bridge between IT and end users, translating business needs into simple technical solutions. You will support, document, and manage small projects while maintaining dashboards and reports that guide decision-making, with exposure to WMS/TMS and a 40-hour workweek in a cold storage environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Two years of related experience (internships, part-time work count).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide first-line technical support for software and basic networking issues.
• Document system requirements, scope, objectives, and create specs for dashboards and processes.
• Maintain FAQs and knowledge-based articles.
• Support creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Onboard equipment setup and account provisioning.
