Job summary

RealCold is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to bridge IT and users, providing technical support, documenting requirements, and delivering small projects. You will maintain dashboards and reports, translate business needs into simple technical solutions, and work within Operations IT to optimize WMS/TMS systems.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or related experience, two years of relevant work, and a passion for data visualization with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Two years of related experience required.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL is a plus.
• Interest in data visualization and reporting with Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create solutions that support business strategies.
• Provide first-line technical support for common software and networking issues; escalate complex problems.
• Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create specifications for dashboards and processes.
• Maintain FAQs and knowledge-based articles.
• Support creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
