• Certifications such as CBAP/CCBA/PMP or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, documents, and validates business requirements, workflows, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyzes data and processes to design solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinates with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to plan and implement technology initiatives.
• Supports testing, UAT, and transition-to-support activities for new systems or processes.
