Job summary

You will work with stakeholders to optimize processes, support in-house software applications, and deliver training while contributing to cost analyses and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and triage application issues; document projects and test releases.
• Provide training for internal users and monitor system availability.
• Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards with action plans.
• Maintain communication with management on project activity and outcomes.
• Create flowcharts and estimate time/cost for projects; research best practices.
• Design and improve production and inventory control systems and standard operating procedures.
• Develop management control systems for financial planning and cost analysis.
• Improve productivity through technology and human factors; implement core supply chain standards.
