Responsibilities

• Assist with customer onboarding, SAP transactions, and onboarding documentation.
• Support SAP order-to-cash operations and accounts receivable follow-up for merchants.
• Coordinate with vendors, marketing, and creative teams on materials and campaigns.
• Help create manuals, user guides, and basic business documentation.
• Assist with data organization and basic reporting for planning and performance.
