Job summary

Pareto USA is hiring multiple Junior Business Development Managers in New York to grow their book of business. You will engage clients with a consultative approach and act as the face of the brand.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000 with potential OTE of $15,000–$20,000 in year one, 401(k) contributions, and clear progression to AE, AM, Team Lead and more. You'll join a fast-growing tech enterprise with opportunities across markets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of the company, marketplace, competitors, and target client.
• Undertake effective territory planning and preparation – determine when and which clients/prospects to visit to capitalize on opportunities.
• Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites to maintain relationships, overcome objections, and educate them on the value proposition.
• Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base.
• Manage and monitor the performance of sales in your assigned territory.
• Attend regional and national conferences, network with clients to further business generation.
