The Junior Business Applications Developer supports the development, administration, integration, and ongoing enhancement of The Battery Network’s Microsoft business applications, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Power BI. This role will work across CRM and reporting solutions, providing development and operational support while building skills across the Microsoft business applications and data ecosystem.
This position is ideal for an early-career (or early career-change) technology professional seeking hands‑on experience with Microsoft business applications, software development, data analysis, and business process automation within a mission-driven nonprofit organization. The successful candidate will contribute to projects that improve operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness while developing technical skills under the guidance of senior developers and technology leaders. The position supports both day-to-day operations and strategic technology initiatives across the organization.

$75,000 - $95,000 a year
Salary based on qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for an annual, impact‑based bonus.
