The position emphasizes collaboration, analytical thinking, and process improvement within a dynamic team. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years job related work experience OR Associate's + 2 years job related work experience.
• Basic knowledge of business support and systems concepts.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and conceptual skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research of business requirements.
• Tests efforts and may provide security administration for applications when approved.
• Documents system problems and assists in resolving them; prepares reports and analyses.
• Develops test matrices and plans; executes test cases and reviews results.
• Learns to define business requirements and may lead small projects under supervision.
