Qualifications

• 1+ years of business analysis or related experience.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile concepts and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Assist with requirements elicitation and documentation
• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts
• Maintain backlog items and requirements documentation
• Support meeting facilitation, notes, and action tracking
• Help prepare UAT scenarios and test data
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for documentation
• Support senior analysts across delivery activities
