HumanTouch is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support discovery and requirements development for Government customers. You will help investigate operational challenges, analyze business processes, and turn stakeholder input into clear findings and requirements while developing your skills with guidance from a senior analyst.

• Experience supporting Government customers or working with policy-driven processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to document workflows.

Responsibilities

• Help develop interview questions and workshop materials.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions to clarify processes and uncover missing information.
• Develop and update process maps showing activities, decision points, handoffs, responsibilities and dependencies.
• Research policies, procedures and documentation to identify gaps and potential causes of problems.
• Draft findings and requirements for senior review with clear supporting evidence.
• Check requirements for clarity and completeness and support stakeholder reviews.
