Seneca Resources is seeking a Business Analyst Tester (Junior or Mid Level) to support a high-visibility federal law enforcement program in Washington, DC. This hybrid role requires onsite work 4 days per week, with the option for 1 remote day.

You will identify functional requirements, create user stories, perform application testing, and support end users. The position blends business analysis, QA, documentation, and collaboration with the development team in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (internships included).
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify functional requirements and create user stories
• Test developed stories and ensure application QA
• Prepare and participate in internal design sessions
• Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
• Assist the Scrum Master and other team members when needed
