Seneca Resources is seeking a Junior Business Analyst in Washington, DC (Hybrid) to support discovery and requirements development for Government customers. You will help investigate operational challenges, analyze business processes, and turn stakeholder input into clear findings and requirements while learning from a senior analyst.

The role requires curiosity, careful listening, and the ability to organize incomplete information, ask follow-up questions, and contribute substantive analysis

Formación

• Two or more years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational work involving analysis and documentation.
• Experience organizing information from discussions, documents, or other sources into clear written findings.
• Ability to document workflows and recognize unclear steps, missing information, or conflicting accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Support discovery and requirements development for Government customers.
• Help investigate operational challenges and analyze business processes.
• Document business needs with clarity and accuracy under senior guidance.
• Develop interview questions and workshop materials with guidance from the senior analyst.
• Organize findings, constraints, and questions requiring follow-up.
• Create process maps showing activities, decisions, handoffs, responsibilities and dependencies.
• Check requirements for clarity and alignment with source findings; support reviews.
