Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to sit with one of their largest entertainment clients in New York. This person will be joining the Cloud Operations team supporting all teams that touch the cloud. They will work alongside a functional project manager, technical project manager, 15 offshore developers, and another BA. Responsibilities include meeting with the offshore development team, participating in scrum ceremonies, handling tickets received by ServiceDesk, delegating tasks, and communicating with all teams involved with the cloud. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, organized, a strong communicator, and eager to learn.
