These roles are ideal for commercially-minded analysts who understand data, are comfortable with technology, and want to work at the intersection of product, AI, and business transformation.
You’ll work alongside AI Engineers, Product Managers, and strategic technology leaders to shape high-impact, AI-enabled solutions and help drive product direction, business value, and measurable outcomes.
Key Details:

- Location: Remote-first across the US, with hubs in New York, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, and Miami
- Career Outlook: Pathways into product management, strategic leadership positions, architecture, or technology program roles. Strong growth across applied AI, software engineering/technology, and intelligent product teams.
Core Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes:
- AI-literate Analyst: You don’t need to build models, but you do understand how generative AI, LLMs, data pipelines, or recommendation systems work at a high level
- Commercial Insight: Able to translate business requirements into structured problem statements and propose data or AI-led solutions that create measurable value
- Strong Communicator: Comfortable working with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, finance, or operations. You can write clear business cases and explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Technical Foundations: Proficiency in SQL, or BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Familiarity with APIs, dbt, data dictionaries, or Python for data analysis is a bonus
- Product-minded: Able to gather and prioritise requirements, manage backlogs, and work within agile teams. Comfortable engaging with engineers and product leads
- LLM-aware: Exposure to OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, vector databases (e.g. Pinecone), or prompt-chaining tools preferred. Interest in exploring how AI can augment internal tools or customer journeys
- Structured Thinker: Comfortable mapping out complex workflows, creating decision trees or business process models, and using logic to structure analyses or decisions
- Delivery-oriented: You get things done. Whether it’s launching a new dashboard, working with QA to validate a model, or managing an MVP AI use case, you take ownership
- Data Governance Awareness: Understands data lineage, quality, permissions, and regulatory concerns such as HIPAA, GDPR, or internal AI policies
What You’ll Do:
Join an AI innovation team building intelligent products across internal systems, customer platforms, and next-gen tooling. You’ll help identify opportunities for AI, shape feature requirements, validate success metrics, and ensure product/technical teams remain aligned with commercial outcomes. These roles are perfect for someone who doesn’t want to be “just an analyst”, but wants to help shape how AI is applied across a business.

- Full-stack JavaScript Software Engineers with strong DevOps/platform engineering experience (React, TypeScript, Node)
