Job summary

Horizon BCBSNJ is seeking an entry-level professional to support data analysis and process improvements in New Jersey. Under supervision, you will review data reports, help forecast tools, and participate in project workgroups to improve operational efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in an operational setting, with strong MS Office skills and healthcare knowledge. Some travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an operational role.
• Knowledge of the Healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office: Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow-up on data reporting for internal and external sources; identify and communicate business needs.
• Assist in creating forecasting tools using current technology/systems (Access, Excel, Monarch, etc.).
• Participate in various internal and external project workgroups.
• Recommend solutions based on data analysis to increase business efficiency.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes and enhancements.
• Prepare materials for internal and external audit activities.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management.
