Cadmus seeks a Junior Business Analyst to conduct user research, document end-to-end processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into automated, scalable solutions. You will document user stories in JIRA and support release development.

This cross-functional role focuses on process optimization, collaboration with stakeholders, and delivering measurable business value using AI-enabled workflows and modern documentation tools.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a BA/BS and 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams.
• Strong Agile knowledge, technical writing skills, data-driven analysis and collaboration tool proficiency.
• Experience creating Epics/Features with acceptance criteria including non-functional requirements.
• Familiarity with AI and automation to support future-state process mapping and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future-state processes and identify efficiency opportunities with stakeholders.
• Conduct User Research to create end-to-end process documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify pain points and opportunities for cost-effective system transformations.
• Identify automation opportunities and standardize processes with site-level workflows.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and onboarding of new functionality requests.
• Document Feature and Epic level Business Requirements and Acceptance Criteria for hand-off to development teams using Scaled Agile methods.
• Ensure requirements map to business value and measurable outcomes.
