- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with SDLC and Scaled Agile across multiple teams.
- Strong technical writing and data-driven analysis skills.
- Proven ability to document Epics/Features and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with AI/automation in business processes.
Responsibilities
- Document current and future-state processes and drive optimization.
- Conduct user research and create end-to-end process documentation.
- Translate needs into scalable system transformations and automation.
- Map requirements to business value and downstream impact.
- Write user stories in JIRA and support release documentation.
