Aon is launching an Early Careers Development Program for soon-to-be and recent graduates, offering hands-on broker experience in Commercial Risk and Reinsurance. You will learn how brokers help clients assess risk, design structured insurance programs, and act as a trusted intermediary between clients and insurers.

As a Broker, you will gain market knowledge, develop analytical and advisory skills, and work with technology and AI-enabled tools to support risk assessment and pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• College Seniors graduating Spring 2026–Spring 2027 with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk exposures and build market insight through data and analytics
• Support market strategy, submissions and placements with insurers
• Build client relationships and provide advisory insights for informed decisions
• Coordinate broking workflows and improve processes across teams
