Are you looking to start a career in sales and marketing while gaining hands-on experience representing renewable energy solutions? Houston Impact Team is currently hiring Junior Brand Associates in Houston, TX to support customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns within local retail environments.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation.

No previous industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional development.

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with customers inside local retail locations
• Educate customers on available renewable energy products, services, and programs
• Explain current offers, benefits, and enrollment options
• Build rapport with customers and provide a positive, professional experience
• Identify customer needs and answer questions about available solutions
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition and sales goals
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment process
• Represent client brands professionally while supporting in-store marketing campaigns
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, marketing, and professional development training
