We are a growing sales, marketing, and customer acquisition firm in Houston, TX, currently expanding our renewable energy campaigns. We’re looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals to join us as Event & Retail Coordinators.

This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, campaign execution, and leadership development.

What You'll Do

As an Event & Retail Coordinator, you'll work directly with customers inside local retail locations and promotional environments. You'll help increase awareness of available renewable energy options, educate customers on current programs, and support customer acquisition initiatives.

You'll also work closely with our team to support campaign performance and gain experience in different areas of sales, marketing, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions
• Educate customers on available renewable energy products, services, and programs
• Explain current promotions, benefits, and enrollment options
• Help customers identify solutions based on their individual needs
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment process
• Support local retail marketing and promotional campaigns
• Build brand awareness while providing a positive customer experience
• Generate leads and contribute to customer acquisition and sales goals
• Work alongside team members to achieve individual and campaign performance goals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and retail partners
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, marketing, and leadership training
• Assist with training and supporting newer team members as you progress

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
• 0–2 years of sales, marketing, retail, customer service, or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
