Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access).
• Working knowledge of SQL Server/SQL/T-SQL and relational schemas.
• Hands-on Databricks and Apache Spark experience, preferably PySpark.
• Foundational Python or R for analysis and ML workflows.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, data quality, and reproducible pipelines.
• Experience building visual analytics with Power BI (reports, datasets, semantic models).
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow integration.
• Basic NLP/LLM familiarity and data requirements.
• Clear communication with stakeholders to translate mission needs to data outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy methods to analyze operational data and derive insights for stakeholders.
• Serve as data and analytics contact across projects and guide performance improvement options.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights on operations and project data.
• Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs as needed.
• Code to segment populations and output files per specifications.
• Create and maintain documentation and artifacts for transparency.
• Develop ad hoc tools to support analytical areas.
• Learn emerging technologies for company initiatives.
• Support team communication and strategy implementation.
