Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HPC or cloud compute environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and benchmark splicing analysis algorithms and models.
• Lead method development to manuscript-ready stages and co-authored publications.
• Apply methods to bulk, single-cell, and spatial data across datasets.
• Develop containerized, version-controlled pipelines (Nextflow) for reproducible analyses.
• Present results and mentor junior staff within the lab.
